DECATHLON
Visual assets
For this concept, I designed a series of marketing posters and social media assets that align with the brand's mission to inspire and engage its audience. This concept communicates a cycle of continual improvement, a journey that never truly ends but constantly evolves.
Discipline: Brand design
Tools: Photoshop, Procreate
First, I analyzed Decathlon’s existing branding materials. It is worth to highlight that Decathlon has changed their its brand identity approximately 8 months ago).
(Here is my moddboard down below)
The new logo embodies the concept of movement through its spinning form, symbolizing both literal and figurative momentum.
I used raw, emotional sports imagery that speaks to the tenacity and determination required in sports, paralleling these themes with the brand’s core message.
The clean, minimalist design ensures the visuals remain focused and direct, with sharp lines and a monochromatic color palette to evoke strength, simplicity, and confidence.
The ads down below are meant to capture the brand energy without unecessary complexity. It's a shoutout to the dedication behind Decathlon's brand while appealing to sport enthusiasts at every level of performance.
The design is straightfoward. It's a mix of sequences showing moments of life with people practising different activities using Decathlon products, with the background of their environment in a soft blur. In those, I meant to highlight that the brand caters to all types of need with high-quality products.
